The development project, in partnership with Lanterra and Lantree developments, is located at West Side Avenue and Broadway in the Marion Section of Jersey City, New Jersey. The Jersey City Planning Board recently approved the project for 486 residential units between five buildings, including approximately 23,000 square feet of commercial space. With Mana Contemporary directly across the street, the site will be part of the emerging art community in Jersey City. The Journal Square Transportation Center is a short walk from the site, giving convenient and direct access to Manhattan and many prominent New Jersey cities. Residents of the building can be at Wall Street in 11 to 15 minutes and Pen Station in 23 minutes by utilizing the PATH train from Journal Square.
